Acceptance of the service
By creating an account, uploading content, or using Maxsportsure, users agree to follow these terms, the platform’s community rules, and any additional product-specific requirements that apply to their account type.
Accounts and eligibility
Users are responsible for the information, activity, and security of their accounts. Parent, guardian, team, organization, and brand-managed accounts must have authority to manage the content they publish.
Content ownership and permissions
Users retain ownership of their content, but by posting to Maxsportsure they grant the platform the limited rights needed to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute that content through the service. Users may only upload content they own or have permission to publish.
Platform rules and enforcement
Maxsportsure may remove, limit, review, demonetize, or disable content or accounts that violate platform rules, safety requirements, intellectual property requirements, or applicable law.
Future commercial features
If monetization, subscriptions, sponsorships, or advertising tools are enabled, additional rules may apply before a creator, team, or page can participate in revenue or promotional programs.
