This page explains how copyright owners can submit a takedown notice and how creators can respond with a counter-notice when appropriate.

Submitting a notice

A DMCA notice should identify the copyrighted work, the Maxsportsure URL where the material appears, your contact information, and the statements required under applicable law.

Required notice details

Your notice should include a signature, a description of the protected work, the exact location of the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

Where to send notices

Send copyright and DMCA-related requests to support@maxsportsure.com. Include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line to help the team route the request quickly.

Counter-notice process

If content is removed in error, the uploader may be allowed to submit a counter-notice where applicable. Maxsportsure may keep content offline while a claim remains unresolved.
