Maxsportsure expects creators to upload only content they own, licensed content they are authorized to use, or content they otherwise have permission to share through the service.

Repeat infringement and monetization limits

Content with unresolved ownership disputes may be held, removed, or made ineligible for advertising and monetization. Repeat or abusive infringement activity may lead to stronger account restrictions.

How to raise a claim

If you believe content on Maxsportsure infringes your copyright, contact support@maxsportsure.com with the infringing URL, your contact information, proof of ownership, and a good-faith explanation of the claim.

Counter-notices

Where applicable, uploaders may be given an opportunity to respond or submit a counter-notice. Maxsportsure may request additional information before restoring or permanently removing content.
